This page explains what personal data NexuraDev collects through this website, why, and what rights you have over it. NexuraDev (contact: [email protected]) is the data controller for the information described below.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, the cost calculator, or a lead through this site, we collect what you type in: your name, a contact method (email, phone, or Telegram handle), the service you're interested in, an optional budget range, your message, and an optional file attachment. We do not ask for or knowingly collect any sensitive personal data (health, financial account numbers, government IDs, etc.).
Automatic and third-party data
Standard web server logs record IP addresses and basic request metadata, as any website does. On your first visit, this site makes one client-side request to the third-party service ipapi.co to approximate your country from your IP address, solely to preselect the right language (Ukrainian, Russian, or English). That request goes directly from your browser to ipapi.co - we don't store its result on our servers, only your resulting language choice, saved locally in your browser (see "Cookies" below). We run no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Why we process it
We use the data you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and follow up about your project - this is a pre-contractual step taken at your request. We do not sell your data or share it with third-party advertisers.
Where it goes
Form submissions are forwarded to NexuraDev's internal CRM system, accessible only to authorized NexuraDev team members who need it to respond to you.
Retention
We keep inquiry data for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and to maintain standard business records, or until you ask us to delete it.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your language preference is saved in your browser's local storage - a purely functional setting that never leaves your device and isn't used to identify or track you.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the data we hold about you, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].

We may update this page as the site or our practices change. The version at this URL is always the current one.
