These terms govern your use of the NexuraDev marketing website and of the invoice payment pages we send to clients. They don't cover the delivery of a software project itself - every engagement is governed by a separate signed contract and NDA agreed with your assigned NexuraDev contact.
About this site
This website is informational: it presents NexuraDev's services, portfolio, and an interactive cost estimator, and lets you start a conversation with our team via the contact form.
Cost estimates are not binding offers
The calculator on this site produces a rough price range and timeline based on the options you select. It's a starting point for a conversation, not a binding quote - final pricing and scope are confirmed in writing by a NexuraDev team member after we understand your project.
Invoices and payment pages
If a NexuraDev manager sends you an invoice link, that page shows an invoice issued to you under your separate contract. The amount, the description of the work and the dates come from that contract and from your manager, not from the page. The page itself never charges you: payment is made through a third-party payment service (for example Payoneer) or using the bank details your manager sends you, under the terms of that service or bank. The status (Pending, Paid) is changed by hand by NexuraDev after the money arrives, so it can lag behind the actual payment. Refunds, cancellations, changes of scope and any other commercial terms are governed by your contract, not by these terms. The invoice page only shows a status and does not replace the accounting documents you are entitled to under your contract. The link is personal: anyone who has it can see the invoice, so please do not share it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to submit unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive content, or to attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to it or its underlying systems.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text, and branding belong to NexuraDev unless stated otherwise. Nothing here grants you a license to reuse them.
No warranty
This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We aim for accuracy but don't guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NexuraDev is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version at this URL is always the current one.
