Selling flowers where the customers already were.
A lot of small shops already have customers ordering through an old Viber number - a website would just be a second place for orders to get lost. This concept moves the whole thing inside Telegram: a bot with a live catalog, a Mini App for browsing bouquets, delivery-slot picking, and checkout, so nothing depends on a customer downloading an app.
The problem: orders dying in a group chat
Orders, questions, and complaints all landing in the same Viber thread. Nothing tracked, nothing has a status, and a missed message means a missed delivery - with no way to know it happened until a customer calls angry.
What this concept demonstrates
A Telegram bot that handles the whole conversation - welcome, catalog, order history - paired with a Mini App for the actual browsing and checkout: bouquet gallery, occasion filters, a calendar for delivery dates, and order confirmation, all inside Telegram's own UI.
A real backend behind the chat window
Every order the bot confirms is a real write to a server-side store, not a message that disappears into scrollback. The florist gets a structured order - bouquet, date, note - instead of a paragraph to re-read three times.
